A musical perfect for the whole family, Seussical takes us into the world of Dr. Seuss, bringing to life a young boy’s imagination and his journey to discover his own voice through the classic Doctor Seuss stories. We celebrate beloved characters including The Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, and JoJo who, despite all odds, band together to save the Whos, free Horton, and restore peace and unity to the Jungle of Nool.
It’s a colourful, celebratory show that teaches us the power of being unique and the importance of fighting for your beliefs. There’s some wonderful music and a fun, playful energy flowing throughout. A vibrant, colourful family show, there are lots of cameo and lead roles with scope for gender blind casting, supported by an ensemble who embody the spirit of discovery and joy.
