The BROS AGM will take place on Monday 16th November at 8pm. Due to current Social Distancing rules all Members and VPs are invited to join the AGM via a Zoom Meeting.
We would love for you to join us to discuss the challenging year behind us and our plans for the year ahead. Please note we need at least 20 people on the call to be quorate so please do make the effort to join us. Someone is set to get the Club 24 £500 windfall and, somewhere in the rules it must say that you have to be in the ‘room’!
Please contact secretary@brostc.org by Wednesday 11th November to confirm your attendance so that we can then send you the formal documents for review and the zoom call details.
With several members of the committee stepping down, please do reflect on whether you can give something back and help us run BROS TC. It’s rewarding and fun to be involved, and you may find yourself learning new skills or developing old ones! If you have any questions about joining, specific roles we are looking for, time commitment required etc, or would like to request a nomination form, also contact secretary@brostc.org.
