To members and Vice Presidents
The BROS Committee would like to make some changes to Rules of the Society. In particular it is proposed that Annual General Meetings can be called to take place in each year before 31 December, rather than 30 September, as in the current Rules. We need to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting or EGM to which the whole company are invited, when we will propose and seek agreement from the membership for the changes.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to rules 37 and 41 of the BROS THEATRE COMPANY RULES an Extraordinary General Meeting will take place at the Barn Church, Kew, 41 Atwood Avenue, Richmond TW9 4HF on Sunday 7 April 2019 at 11am to consider and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution that has been proposed and seconded by two members and of which notice has been given to the Secretary:-

That the Rules be amended as indicated on version of the BROS Theatre Company Rules attached to this notice.
