This term’s Academy sessions are all about The BROSCARS! The Academy sessions, which are free to members, will focus on preparing two dazzling numbers – one just sung and the other one for dancing too – that will be performed on BROSCAR night. You are welcome to be involved in both numbers or just one. We only ask that as much as possible you attend the rehearsal dates, particularly for the dancing, so that time isn’t wasted reteaching.
The singing sessions will focus on learning ‘We Sing of Love’ from Kiss Me Kate, and ‘America’ from West Side Story (for those who would prefer to sing and not dance this number), and will be led by MD Chris Nash. Susi Pink will be choreographing and teaching the dance for ‘America’ for those who just want to dance.

Wednesday 22nd January – Singing – 8-10pm at ETNA Community Centre, 13 Rosslyn Road, Twickenham, TW1 2AR
Wednesday 29th January – Dancing – 8-10pm at Dance Attic, 368 North End Road, Fulham, SW6 1LY
Wednesday 5th February – Singing – 8-10pm at ETNA
Wednesday 12th February – Dancing – 8-10pm at Dance Attic
Wednesday 26th February – Polishing for both numbers, singing and dancing – 8-10pm at Dance Attic
Timings are still being confirmed but on the evening of the Broscars you will be asked to arrive a bit earlier to have a run through for spacing etc!
